Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from preciousstyles.com:

1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with the item/s and documentation that were included when you received it.
3. Items damaged after receipt will be ineligible for return.

How to Return an Item

All returns and refund are handled according to our policy stated below.

1. Send a message to Customer Service at info@preciousstyles.com; we will reply to you within 72 hours (not including weekends).
2. Please tell us your order number. You can get the order number from the order confirmation email.
3. Please tell us why you dissatisfied with the items.
4. Please send us the photo that shows us where the product is damaged.
5. Returns mailing will be at customers expense and will have a 35% restocking fee.
6. In the event a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will not be held responsible. Therefore, we recommend adding insurance to your returned package to secure its safekeeping.

Return Conditions

We only accept returns within 7 days from receiving the order. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Return Shipping Fee

The return shipping cost is not covered by us if Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement. If you ordered an incorrect size, product or simply want to exchange the item, we will allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item minus a 35% restocking fee.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
